We filed a petition for entry of judgment against the two co-owners of Spar because of their failure to pay the full settlement amount. The court has granted that petition, entering judgment against the Defendants. Our next move will be to proceed forward with the collection process to make sure the Defendants pay the amount they agreed to pay.
