On September 16, 2021, Minnesota Lawyer published an article about a Nichols Kaster Client’s successful opposition to Defendant Supervalu’s motion for summary judgment. The article, which can be found here, details the egregious nature of the harassment and explains that a reasonable jury could conclude that a “constellation” of bad acts at Supervalu, along with Supervalu’s failure to take adequate remedial measures, gave rise to a hostile work environment.
