We are happy to report we reached a settlement agreement with World Acceptance Corporation (d/b/a World Finance), and WFC Limited Partnership to resolve the overtime case and have submitted a motion to the Court for approval of the settlement. Those who are eligible to participate in the settlement have been informed.
