Each year, the American Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Section holds an annual conference. This year’s conference is November 6-9 in New Orleans, Louisiana. Nichols Kaster partner, Michele Fisher, and associates Lucas Kaster and Lindsey Krause are scheduled to speak at the conference. Michele Fisher is the Vice-Co-Chair-Elect of the conference, a Co-Chair of it’s Revenue and Partnership Development Committee, and a Wage and Hour Track Coordinator for the event. Lucas Kaster is also a Discrimination, Harassment and Retaliation Track Coordinator.
