Nichols Kaster Associate Lucas Kaster is presenting on the #MeToo Movement at the College of Labor and Employment Lawyer’s Regional Program for the 4th and 11th Circuits in Charleston, South Carolina. On February 2, 2019, Lucas will participate in a three member panel, titled “The #MeToo Movement One Year Later: Where Are We Now?” The panel will explore how the #MeToo movement has impacted the workplace and the current state of the law regarding sexual harassment claims. Lucas is a member of Nichols Kaster’s Individual Practice team where he represents clients in retaliation, harassment discrimination and civil rights violations.
