Good news! On July 28, 2017, we reached a settlement with Direct Home Health. Once the court reviews the terms of the settlement and determines it to be fair, we will mail each plaintiff who joined the case a notice of their individual settlement offer and a form to sign to receive payment. We anticipate this happening sometime in October, but it will ultimately depend on how quickly the Court issues its order. Please wait for that notice to see your settlement offer.
