Nichols Kaster, PLLP partner Michele R. Fisher is presenting a "Wage and Hour Update" at the Practising Law Institute's two-day conference in NYC October 27-28th. Her presentation will include a discussion of the Department of Labor's new "white collar" exemption regulations, trends in wage-hour case filings, certification, and settling and obtaining court approval of wage-hour cases. Michele is a partner in the firm's wage and hour group, the chair of the firm's business development and marketing committees, and one of the firm's managing partners.
