On March 10, 2015, the parties met with the Magistrate Judge, and set deadlines for various phases of this lawsuit to be completed. The parties are now in what is called the discovery phase of litigation. During this phase, the parties will exchange information, data, and documents they believe are relevant to the lawsuit. Plaintiffs will also be seeking permission from the court to send a court-approved notice to all current and former employees who are eligible for the case so they can join. If you worked as a laborer at Safety Signs at any time during the last three years and have not yet joined, you can do so by completing and returning a consent form.
