Paul J. Lukas, Rachhana T. Srey, and Tim C. Selander will speak on panels discussing arbitration developments and strategies, communicating with putative class members, and issues and trends relating to whether worker is an employee or an “independent contractor” at NELA’s Wage and Hour Conference in Washington, D.C. on April 24-25. Over 200 plaintiff-side wage and hour practitioners are expected to attend the two-day conference.
