Nichols Kaster is pleased to welcome its new associate Brittany Bachman Skemp who has joined Nichols Kaster's wage and hour class action team in Minneapolis. Prior to joining Nichols Kaster Brittany worked in the judicial system, serving as a judicial law clerk to Judge Thomas J. Kalitowski and Judge Jill Flaskamp Halbrooks of the Minnesota Court of Appeals.
