On May 30, we filed our motion for class certification of Plaintiffs’ California state law claims and conditional certification of Plaintiffs’ federal law claims. There will be a hearing on the motion on June 17, 2013. In the motion we asked the Court to allow us to send a court-approved notice to other underwriters, giving them the opportunity to join the case.
