Baltimore, MD (PRWEB) On November 5, 2012, Plaintiff Kenneth Lipkins filed a lawsuit in the District of Maryland seeking overtime wages from his former employer, CCS Services, Inc. The Complaint asserts that CCS Services failed to pay its hourly-paid employees the proper overtime wages they were entitled to when they worked more than forty hours in a workweek. The complaint alleges that CCS Services violated both federal overtime laws, as well as state overtime laws in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
