We recently filed an amended complaint to include a broader group of current and former BB&T employees. At this time, any exempt employee for BB&T within the past two to three years (excluding loan officers and those paid on draw and commission basis) may currently be eligible to pursue a claim against BB&T for unpaid overtime wages.
