Nichols Kaster partner Michele Fisher was recently appointed co-chair of the Practising Law Institute’s annual “Managing Wage & Hour Risks” conference. This conference will take place in New York City in February 2013. Ms. Fisher joins Robert Davis of Mayer Brown and David Fortney of Fortney Scott in chairing this conference.
