On October 1, 2010 we filed a lawsuit against Bank of America, N.A., and BAC Home Loans on behalf of a proposed class of homeowners who were required to purchase flood insurance. The case number is 2:10-CV-05176, and was assigned to The Honorable Mary A. McLaughlin.
