On June 7, 2021 we filed a lawsuit on behalf of participants in the Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. Retirement Savings Plan (“the Plan”). The lawsuit alleges that Russell Investment Management (the Defendants in the case) violated the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) by failing to act prudently or in the best interest of participants in their role as an investment adviser to the Plan.
