Overview

Sean began his employment with Nichols Kaster in 2018 as a Class Action Clerk and is currently a Case Development Coordinator. As a member of the firm’s ERISA team, Sean identifies new cases by investigating the management of retirement and other employee benefit plans.

Sean also has experience working at the Minnesota Legislature as the Deputy Director for the Legislative Commission on Pensions and Retirement. Sean graduated from Saint John’s University with a degree in English and a minor in Political Science.
