Ricardo is a member of Nichols Kaster’s Civil Rights and Impact Litigation practice group, where he litigates class and collective action cases involving discrimination, fraud, and other unfair business practices on behalf of employees, students, and other individuals. He has experience representing workers who have been shortchanged by their employers’ misconduct and protecting consumer interests against those of massive corporations.
Prior to law school, Ricardo worked as a financial examiner for the Washington State Department of Financial Institutions. During law school, he clerked for the Washington State Office of the Attorney General Government Compliance and Enforcement Division and was a Peggy Browning Fellow with a union-side labor and employment law firm in Washington DC, where he began his legal career prior to joining Nichols Kaster.
Ricardo speaks Spanish fluently.
