Overview
Beth is a member of Nichols Kaster’s ERISA litigation team, where she works to protect employees’ hard-earned retirement savings.
Prior to joining Nichols Kaster, Beth clerked for Chief Judge Edward J. Cleary on the Minnesota Court of Appeals. She also addressed workers’ rights and other issues at a non-profit organization, worked as a policy advisor in the Office of Governor Walz and Lieutenant Governor Flanagan, represented employees at a plaintiff-side law firm in Minnesota, and worked at a prominent New York law firm.
Beth graduated summa cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School. During law school, she served as an Articles Submission Editor of the Minnesota Law Review.
