Overview

Dana began his employment with Nichols Kaster in 2005 as a class action clerk. Throughout his employment, Dana has worked on a wide variety of collective and class action cases involving overtime pay. Dana is currently the firm’s Business Development Group Administrator. He is involved in researching and investigating new cases, and actively identifying and marketing to potential clients.  He is also one of the firm’s trainers.

Prior to joining Nichols Kaster, Dana attended Winona State University. While at Winona State University, he earned a B.A. in Law and Society as well as a minor in Political Science. He was also involved with the Law and Society Association and was a volunteer for the 2004 presidential campaign in Winona County.
