Cyle A. Cramer

Cyle joined the firm in 2024 as a member of the individual rights team. He represents clients in employment matters including whistleblower retaliation and discrimination claims. Prior to joining Nichols Kaster, Cyle honed his practice representing clients against railroads of all sizes—from a small tourist railroad to some of the nation’s largest Class I railroads. Cyle also successfully briefed and argued an appeal at the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals against BNSF Railway.
Cyle graduated from Mitchell Hamline School of Law. During that time, he completed an externship with the Minnesota Office of Administrative Law Judges. Prior to attending law school, Cyle worked for several years as a writer in the marketing department for a central Wisconsin based manufacturing company. Additionally, Cyle proudly served in the Minnesota Army National Guard from 2010 to 2016. During his time in the National Guard, Cyle earned his bachelor's degree from Hamline University with a Major in Sociology and Minors in Political Science and Communication Studies.
