Associate Lucas Kaster has agreed to be an adjunct professor for St. Thomas School of Law’s Mentorship Externship Program beginning in the fall of 2019. The mentorship program is a seminar course taken by students in their 2L and 3L years that seeks to guide law students in how to develop and manage the key professional relationships necessary for a successful career. The course is combined with students’ fieldwork to ensure they have an established network and the core legal competencies that will be required upon graduation.
