The Federal Labor Standards Legislation Committee of the American Bar Association's Labor and Employment Law section meets this week in Playa Del Carmen. Michele R. Fisher is a co-chair of the committee. Matthew C. Helland is scheduled to present as co-chair of the WARN Act subcommittee, and David E. Schlesinger is scheduled to present as co-chair of the Equal Pay Act subcommittee.
