Rachhana T. Srey to Present on U.S. and MN Supreme Court Cases at 43rd Annual Labor & Employment Law Institute

The 43^rd Annual Labor & Employment Law Institute is being held Thursday, November 17, 2016, at the Minnesota CLE Conference Center. Rachhana is presenting during the concluding plenary session on new United States and Minnesota Supreme Court Cases. This session focuses on noteworthy recent decisions, including the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision in Tyson Foods, Inc. v. Bouaphakeo, 136 S. Ct. 1036 (2016). The session will move beyond the basic holdings to exploring the impact of these decisions on litigation and counseling.
