The Court granted our motion for conditional certification on July 20, 2016. This means that all field service specialists (also referred to as core lab specialists, prism specialists, hematology support specialists, and others performing similar duties) who worked for Abbott within the last three years will receive the court-approved Notice of Lawsuit and have an opportunity to join the case.
