Anna P. Prakash will be speaking at the American Association for Justice Annual Convention in Montreal. On July 12, she will participate in a panel discussion titled, “Intake: Both in Individual Case Selection and During the 216(b) Opt in Process.” On July 14, she will give a presentation titled, “The Dreaded Defendant Bankruptcy: Tips on Preserving and Protecting Plaintiff’s Claim When Defendant Files for Bankruptcy.”
