Paul Lukas, Michele Fisher, and Matthew Helland will be presenting at the ABA Section of Labor and Employment Law, Federal Labor Standards Legislation Committee Midwinter Meeting. This meeting is taking place at the Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami Beach, FL on February 19-22, 2014. Fisher and Lukas are presenting on a panel entitled, "FLSA Class Communications and Settlements that Judges Will Tolerate."
